Rose petals Harissa Arabic spice mix:
Harissa is a spice paste that is mainly used in North African and Arabic cuisine. There are different varieties in the individual countries, with the hottest varieties being found in Tunisia due to the high proportion of chillies. Our harissa is a balanced medium-hot blend.
Harissa is very versatile in North African cuisine. It is used in soups and sauces as well as with all starters, couscous, pasta and all meat and rice dishes. In Tunisia, it is also enjoyed as a spread for breakfast.
Preparation tip: It is best to mix the spices with our high-quality extra virgin olive oil to form a thick paste. If you prefer it a little more liquid, use a little more olive oil. You can also add a little vinegar and/or lemon juice to taste. We recommend a few drops of our lemon mint vinegar. If the paste is not spicy enough for you, you can add 1-2 drops of chilli sauce.

Baharat Arabic spice mix:
Baharat is a spice mixture that is mainly used in Arabic cuisine. Similar to curry, there is no fixed composition, but varies depending on the region.
Baharat is used in many different ways to season soups and sauces as well as meat and fish dishes. But above all, baharat is an absolute favorite for seasoning mocha, known as coffee baharat.
Our tip: add half a level teaspoon of baharat to your coffee and enjoy the Arabian flair.

Ras El-Hanout Arabic spice mix:
Ras el-hanout is a spice mixture that is originally native to the Maghreb. Depending on the recipe and region, as with curry, there are a variety of different blends with up to 30 different spices. It lends a delicate flavor to many dishes.
Ras el-Hanout is mainly used for braised dishes from the tajine as well as for seasoning rice, couscous, bulgur, vegetables, fish and meat, especially lamb. It also goes very well with many sweet dishes and pastries from the Middle East.
As with Baharat, a pinch of Ras el-Hanout is often added to coffee in Morocco.
Our tip: Refine grated carrots with ras el hanout or a chicken fricassee with candied lemons and ras el hanout.

Shawarma Arabic spice mix:
Shawarma is an Arabic speciality made from marinated slices of meat.
Originally only used for mutton and lamb, it is now also used for beef and chicken. Like doner kebab or gyros, the meat is cut into thin slices and served in a thin flatbread as a snack. The difference is that gyros and döner are seasoned shortly before serving, but with shawarma the pieces of meat are marinated in a spice mixture before grilling.
With our finely tuned mixture, you can easily bring Arabic flair into your kitchen. If you're in a hurry and traditional preparation takes too long, use shawarma as a seasoning by sprinkling it directly on your meat, whether for grilling, roasting or in a roasting tin.
Or you can enjoy hummus in a different way by sprinkling hummus with a little shawarma seasoning.
Our tip: Make a marinade from lemon juice, olive oil and our shawarma spice preparation and marinate thinly sliced meat for a few hours. This is the perfect way to achieve the typical slightly sour flavour of shawarma.
