Ideal for classic Italian appetizers such as bruscetta, tomato mozzarella or antipasti. Of course also suitable for fresh mixed salads, fish or meat dishes and even desserts. The fruit pieces intensify the taste of salads. Or use the balsamic vinegar as a marinade. For unusual barbecue evenings, marinate the meat overnight. This makes the meat particularly tender and gives it a fine sweet and sour fruity note. Our pointed corks are pure natural products from sustainable harvest. They were cut from one piece of the bark, then heated at more than 65 degrees (core temperature) for several hours and are thus thermally disinfected (no poisons and chemicals, only heat).
