Our elderberry liqueur from our fruit liqueur collection.
A pure 100% elderberry juice is the basis for this incredibly fruity elderberry liqueur. As with all our fruit liqueurs, we only use 100% natural juices with no additives such as flavorings or colorings.
Of the 20 elderberry species, which grow both as shrubs and trees in temperate to subtropical climates, three are native to Europe. The "black elder" is the best known species, to which many properties have been attributed in mythology and popular belief, such as that good spirits live in the elder. This is why elderberries were always planted near the house, but never near the bedroom because of their beguiling scent during the flowering season.
During production, we make sure that our ingredients are well-balanced according to an old family recipe, so that the liqueur tastes of fruit and not of sugar or too much alcohol, but brings out the fruit flavor perfectly.
As soon as you open the bottle, a pleasant scent of elderberry wafts around you.
Enjoy it pure and ice cold, or refine desserts such as desserts, puddings, cakes or ice cream with a few drops of our elderberry liqueur.

In our handy and inexpensive 200ml gourmet bottle with pointed cork. The shape of a typical wine bottle with a very long and slender bottle neck as a contrast allows particularly beautiful color games. Also always welcome as a small souvenir.
Our pointed corks are pure natural products from sustainable harvesting. They were cut from the bark in one piece, then heated at more than 65 degrees (core temperature) for several hours and are thus thermally disinfected (no poisons and chemicals, only heat).
