Our coarse Italian sea salt is perfect for seasoning as well as for all salt mills. We recommend salt mills with an adjustable grind. The coarse salts dissolve more slowly than fine salts and are perfect for creating salt crusts for fish dishes or for salt dough. Also a perfect eye-catcher as decoration.
