Our sheep's cheese seasoning is the perfect accompaniment for a variety of soft cheeses, especially sheep's cheese and goat's cheese. Sheep's milk cheeses such as Feta, Pecorino Sardo and Manouri and goat's milk cheeses such as Chabichou du Poitou, Crottin de Chavignol and Bûche de Chèvre are particularly suitable. These cheeses absorb the aromas of the spice blend perfectly and are transformed into a real taste sensation.

The blend of oregano, thyme, basil, paprika, onions, garlic, pepper, chili and table salt provides a balanced seasoning that perfectly complements the mild, creamy character of feta, goat's cheese and other cheeses. Simply cut the cheese into slices, mix with olive oil and our sheep's cheese seasoning and leave to infuse for a few hours - and you have a delicious Mediterranean snack or aromatic side dish.

Feta, the classic sheep's cheese, is particularly versatile and is ideal for pickling as it absorbs the spices perfectly. Manouri, a soft, mild and creamy sheep's cheese from Greece, also goes perfectly with our sheep's cheese seasoning. Among the goat's cheeses, the Chabichou du Poitou with its creamy consistency provides a great aroma, while the Crottin de Chavignol with its spicy, slightly piquant character is a real treat when pickling. Bûche de Chèvre, a goat's cheese in the form of a small roll, also provides a great base for this Mediterranean marinade thanks to its delicate texture.

The sheep's cheese spice preparation is not only suitable for pickling, but is also excellent as a topping for grilled cheese, in salads or as an aromatic seasoning for oven dishes. This mixture is also a real all-rounder as an ingredient for Mediterranean salads with feta or mozzarella or antipasti.
Camenbert and Brie are also given a unique aroma when sliced and marinated in our sheep's cheese seasoning with olive oil.

But casseroles are the real treat. Try a feta casserole with minced meat and potatoes or a mozzarella casserole with minced meatballs and pasta with our sheep's cheese seasoning.

Tip: Tomato mozzarella with a difference. Cut the mozzarella into slices approx. 1 cm wide, combine the seasoning preparation with a little lemon juice and olive oil and leave the slices to marinate for a few hours.
