Make your own aromatic herb butter quickly and easily.
Herb butter is simply delicious, whether on a baguette or toast. Preferably with steak, chili con carne or at a fondue evening. Instead of buying expensive herb butter in the supermarket, you can make your own delicious herb butter quickly and easily with our herb butter spice mix.
The easiest way to make your herb butter is, of course, with a butter churn.
But you can also make herb butter without a butter churn. Take a piece of butter from the fridge, cut as much as you need into thin slices and place it in a bowl. Leave the butter to stand for a while until it has softened. Add our herb butter spice mix to taste and stir and mash everything together with a fork. We recommend 2 teaspoons per 100g of butter. Then put your herb butter back in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the herbs to infuse. However, your herb butter will be more aromatic if you make it the evening before and leave it to infuse for several hours.
Our tip: add a dash of lemon juice and stir through.
